MEET OUR PASTOR & FIRST LADY
At Fountain of Hope, we believe the church is more than a place of worship—it’s a spiritual family led by servant-hearted leaders who are passionate about God's presence and the growth of His people.
We are honored to be under the leadership of Pastor Bobby and First Lady Rebeca DeLeon, a dynamic couple who walk in faith, love, and integrity, alongside their three children, Hezekiah, Elijah, and Faith DeLeon. Their vision is to see lives transformed through the power of the Holy Ghost and to raise up a generation that knows Jesus deeply and lives for Him boldly.
Alongside them is a committed team of Ministers and Deacons, along with their wives, including Co-Pastor Antonio Flores and his wife, Sis. Rosario Flores, who helps lead our church in prayer, teaching, outreach, and spiritual care. These faithful servants work together to ensure every soul is uplifted, supported, and encouraged in their walk with Christ. Bobby DeLeon
Pastor Bobby DeLeon has faithfully served as the shepherd of Fountain of Hope Fowler Apostolic Church since 2018. With a heart for preaching the Apostolic truth and a passion for reaching souls, Pastor Bobby leads with vision, prayer, and dedication to God’s Word. His ministry emphasizes revival, discipleship, and creating an atmosphere where lives can be transformed by the power of the Holy Ghost.
First Lady
Rebeca DeLeon
First Lady Rebeca DeLeon lives to serve God and His people. She is the wife of Pastor Bobby and serves the people of God alongside him as the church’s administrator and treasurer, overseer and mentor to the FOH Youth Group, while also ministering through the Women’s Ministry since 2006 as Federation President and cell-group leader. She is now humbled and honored to serve at the national level. FL Rebeca is known for her servant's heart, always serving passionately in whichever capacity the Lord calls her to and serving with excellence as unto the Lord, leading by example, and most importantly, winning souls for Christ, living out her faith in such a way that affects eternity!
